  4. The portal will automatically generate a prepaid shipping label for you. Just print it, package up the coat, and drop it off. Our automated network will take care of the rest the moment it's scanned!

We completely expect you to try the coat on your dog indoors to verify that the distinct long-back fit is right! We just request that any returned items arrive back to us in pristine, resaleable condition—meaning unwashed, unworn outside, and completely free of dog hair. (Pro-tip: running a standard lint roller over the fabric before packing it up works wonders!)

While we meticulously inspect every single item before it enters our fulfillment network, an occasional production oversight can happen.
