Refund policy
We want every dachshund in a Hudson Hound coat that fits beautifully. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at hello@hudson-hound.com. We'll send you return instructions and an address to ship to.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free Exchanges
We want your dachshund to love their coat — so exchanges are on us. If the size or fit isn't right, email hello@hudson-hound.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No return shipping cost, no hassle.
Free exchanges apply to U.S. orders only.
Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us at hello@hudson-hound.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll evaluate the issue and replace it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.
